When people ask Sue Baldwin to describe the type of training and consulting that she conducts with clients, "personal and professional development" is her response. Participants who work with Sue in either small or large groups learn that the material she presents will influence both their personal and professional lives. Sue supports and encourages people to look at the values and passions that influence their lives. Commitment and dedication are important concepts that will make a difference in how we interact with others as well as choose the careers that give us meaning.

Workshops can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, and there is a wide list of topics from which to choose.
There are two different types of workshops:

  • Workshops that are part of a conference and are held either prior to or following the keynote address presented by Sue
  • Workshops on the Move which are presented locally in the twin cities area for either child care center or family child care providers.  Mixed audiences are also an option.

Workshops can be either held at your location or at one which would combine people from various programs to form a larger audience.  We bring the training sessions to you.
With mutual agreement, you are able to pick the location, time, and topic that is most desirable for your staff.
The material covered is participatory and insightful, taking into consideration that most of the class participants have already worked a full work day. Participants enjoy that there are no lengthy lectures or boring material.
All of the trainings are customized to meet your needs, and new topics may be designed to meet your specific request.
